In M41.149 An expedition to reclaim the Heracles sector was launched and led by Herntés volk, who was ordered to set up a base camp at the planet Vecruz to prepare for advancing Imperial forces. When his regiments encountered the heretical forces on Vecruz; who were massing to venture further into the system. Herntes Volks' fleet ambushed and defeated the staging enemy with quick and decisive action. Under his Command his fleet reclaimed 5 different worlds defeating the chaos forces in the Segmentum tempests, Heracles sector before main imperial forces where able to relive his scouting party.
